What can I say, he loves a good deal...

My hubby loves a good deal.
Once he found out about Catalina sales and how they worked, he was officially hooked
AND
officially out of control.
He shops way more than I would and buys so much stuff that it is seriously insane sometimes.

Today I had to work so I left him some scenarios to do (my coupons expired today so he had to do it for me). If he did exactly what I spelled out for him, he would have purchased about 5 bags of groceries, spent maybe $20 out of pocket and had $17.50 in Catalina coupons left at the end.

I walked in the door after work to find bags and bags and bags of groceries. oh boy.

But the man knows how to work a catalina deal and he is willing to fight for his coupons if things go awry. So I can't really complain...except that he blew over 1/4 of my March grocery budget in one day. But that's another issue. ;-)

And we are totally set for Progresso soup, Warm Delights, Macaroni Grille Dinner Kits (these are quite yummy), Fruit snacks, Lucky charms (hubby's favorite) and he even got some milk, meat and other "regular" groceries.
